Senior Data Engineer building scalable cloud data pipelines and analytics that power strategic HR decisions for a global organization. Day to day: integrating and transforming data with Snowflake, DBT and Fivetran, ensuring data quality and governance, automating infrastructure with Terraform and Git, and creating PowerBI dashboards.

- 4+ years of experience in data engineering
- Hands-on knowledge of DBT, Snowflake, Fivetran, and SQL or similar solutions
- Understanding of data privacy and governance
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment.
- Experience with Git and Terraform.
- HR/People Analytics experience is a plus
