Senior Data Engineer - Process Mining

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer - Process Mining to join our team. In this position, you will be the owner of data engineering solutions, ensuring the design, governance, and continuous improvement of process mining data architecture to support scalable technical solutions. The primary focus is on defining engineering standards, leading technical solution designs, and driving the continuous improvement of data pipelines and quality controls to enable advanced process mining capabilities.

Senior Data Engineer - Process Mining

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in similar position.

• Advanced expertise in process mining data architecture and technical solution design.

• Proficiency in Celonis EMS, Data Integration, Data Modeling, ETL, OCPM/MCP, SQL, and Python.

• Experience defining engineering standards and best practices.

• Advanced English language proficiency at a C1 level.

• BSc degree in Management, IT, Project Management, Finance & Banking, or Business. Celonis Data Engineer or Data Analyst certification will be an asset.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end data architecture for process mining solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability and alignment with project objectives.

• Define data engineering standards, best practices and technical patterns for data pipelines, integration and modelling.

• Lead technical solution design for process mining implementations, including architecture choices, data flows and technical dependencies.

• Drive continuous improvement of data engineering practices, data quality controls and technical documentation across process mining solutions.

• Mentor engineers and support technical decision-making by providing expert guidance, reviews and knowledge sharing.
