We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Machine Learning solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in defining AI architectures, driving innovation, and mentoring teams while delivering impactful business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of AI, Generative AI, and Machine Learning solutions.
- Define and implement architectures leveraging:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- AI Agents
- Modern AI frameworks
- Develop end-to-end AI-powered applications.
- Define and implement best practices for:
- Prompt Engineering
- Model Evaluation
- Fine-Tuning
- Design and maintain scalable AI and MLOps pipelines.
- Lead technical innovation initiatives and contribute to AI strategy.
- Ensure adherence to AI governance, security, and development best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify and deliver high-value solutions.
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level Data Scientists.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Generative AI and Machine Learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields like Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimums 5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience delivering AI solutions within enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with stacks like: Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, Natural Language Processing (NLP), AI Agents, LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, Vector Databases, Embeddings, Model Fine-Tuning, MLOps, Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Knowledge of Data Engineering, APIs, Containers, Git and CI/CD.
- Strong technical leadership capabilities
- English (B2)
