Senior Data Scientist
Summary
A Senior Data Scientist analyzes player behavior in mobile games to optimize retention, monetization, and design, using SQL/Python, A/B testing, and predictive modeling to guide product strategy for a high-impact team.
This is a remote position.
Why this role matters
In mobile games, data isn’t just numbers — it’s player stories, monetization insight, and growth direction.
We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist to turn raw gameplay data into powerful insights that help us build better games. You’ll work at the intersection of analytics, design, and product, using data to inform features, fine-tune balance, and steer the roadmap.
If you love solving high-impact questions, designing experiments, and diving into millions of player actions — you’ll thrive here.
What you’ll do
Analyze player behavior to improve retention, progression, and monetization
Design and evaluate A/B tests to validate features, pricing models, and game design decisions
Build dashboards and reporting tools that democratize data for product and game teams
Collaborate with product managers, game designers, and live ops to guide strategy
Define and track key game KPIs like D1/D7 retention, LTV, ARPU, and churn
Develop predictive models to anticipate player behavior and optimize engagement
Communicate complex findings simply and clearly to cross-functional teams
