Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AI initiatives (pricing, anomaly detection, forecasting).
- Build and productionize scalable AI/ML pipelines integrated into enterprise workflows.
- Leverage diverse datasets for insights, scenario testing, and optimization.
- Drive experimentation (A/B testing, segmentation, lifecycle marketing).
- Mentor junior data scientists and ensure code quality.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor\'s/Postgraduate in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience; telecom/insurance analytics a plus.
- Strong expertise in ML/statistical modeling, Generative AI/LLMs, SQL, Python, Spark, Databricks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and ML lifecycle tools (MLflow, Airflow).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and visualization skills.
- Experience mentoring and collaborating in technical teams.
