You will develop agent-based workflows that automate research, outreach, and risk assessment to help our sales and success departments focus on high-impact tasks.

What you'll do
- Build and deploy AI tools for account research, renewal forecasting, pipeline risk detection, and automated meeting summaries.
- Manage the full development lifecycle from initial data modeling and problem definition to production-ready code.
- Develop both Python-based backends and React-based frontends for internal applications.
- Create prototypes quickly, gather user feedback, and iterate to ensure tools drive measurable business outcomes.
- Define success metrics such as win rates and retention, and track performance against these goals.
- Lead enablement sessions and document workflows to help leadership adopt new tooling.
Requirements
- Proven history of applying data science to improve go-to-market metrics like conversion, retention, or sales cycle time.
- Experience building with LLMs, including RAG, prompt engineering, tool design, and model evaluation.
- Advanced SQL proficiency and fluency in Python or R.
- Experience deploying reliable data pipelines using orchestration tools like DBT or Airflow.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working directly with sales and customer success teams.
