Your main responsibilities:

  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns and generate actionable insights
  • Design, develop, and validate predictive and prescriptive models to support financial decision-making
  • Conduct research experiments combining statistical methods with AI algorithms
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective data-driven solutions
  • Implement machine learning models in production environments and monitor their performance
  • Document methodologies, results, and recommendations clearly and comprehensively
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams including analysts, engineers, and business managers
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data privacy standards
  • Stay updated with emerging AI and data science techniques and apply them practically

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Scientist, AI Scientist, or similar role
  • Proven expertise working with large datasets in financial or banking sectors
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience using Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
  • Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and mathematical modeling
  • Hands-on experience deploying machine learning models in production
  • Knowledge of SQL and working with relational databases
  • Familiarity with big data tools and platforms such as Spark, Hadoop, or cloud services
  • Ability to design experiments and employ advanced analytical techniques
  • Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Fluent command of English (both written and spoken)

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

  • Certifications related to data science or AI
  • Experience with financial regulation compliance in analytics projects
