Senior Data Scientist

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of progressive experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or autonomous systems.
• Proven delivery of agent-based, multi-agent, or distributed AI solutions at scale.
• Strong expertise in MCP server design and implementation, agent orchestration, and advanced A2A communication protocols.
• Deep proficiency with agent/LLM orchestration frameworks (e. g., LangGraph, CrewAI) and enterprise GenAI pattern implementation: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)/Context Augmented Generation (CAG).
• Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise data sources, APIs, and scalable infrastructure.
• Experience leading technical discovery, mentoring talent, and generating technical documentation.
• Advanced knowledge of vector/embedding databases, security protocols, and performance optimisation.
• Lead the evaluation, monitoring, and observability of LLM- and agent-based systems, advance tracing and performance diagnostics to proactively resolve
• issues (such as Langfuse); and design, implement, and enforce advanced guardrails.
• Superior client communication and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated experience building, scaling, or productizing GenAI, LLM, or agent-driven platforms in business or research settings.
• Strong familiarity with microservice architecture and robust event-driven systems.
• Awareness of cutting-edge developments in GenAI and multi-agent technologies.
• Experience with productivity accelerators (e. g., GitHub Copilot, AWS CodeWhisperer, Cursor AI).
