Senior Data Specialist
- Work cross functional to translate business needs into data requirements and output (dashboard, metrics, analysis)
- Ensure data accuracy, and consistency throughout different key metrics
- Build data governance and process improvement on company level to improve its reliability
- Build and improve data platform to make it easier for stakeholders to access and use
- Proactively generate idea and new insights for internal and external stakeholder
- Generate reports to aid management decision making process
- Manage short term and long term data roadmap planning
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields include: Applied Mathematics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science & Data Analytics
- Min. 5 years of experience as Data Analyst or Data Strategy
- Proficient in using data visualization tools including Power BI, Tableau, Zoho Analytics, etc.
- Good knowledge / understanding including SQL programming language, Microsoft Excel usage, and database management
- Having robust strategic and analytical skills, also intellectual curiosity
- Ability to translate business logic to clear data definition
- Detailed oriented and able to provide accurate calculation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Undersanding ETL is a plus
