Senior Delivery Manager Islamic Retail and Financing

Description

• Possess thorough understanding of all Financial and Management Reporting, GL Control & Management, Islamic Retail & Financing Products, Customer Segmentation (Prestige, Premium & Mass), Islamic Pool Management along-with related SBP Circulars and Shariah rulings.
• Hand on experience in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and preparing comprehensive UAT cases & test scenarios for Islamic Retail & Financing Products, GL posting and Pool Management to ensure end to end Product configuration in Temenos.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the end-to-end Islamic Customer Onboarding Journey, including operational processes.
• Experience in preparing detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for Islamic Retail & Financing Products and Pool Management which includes documenting all Product Features, SBP Circulars and Bank practice in detail.
• Hands-on experience in Temenos (Preferred).
• Sanity review / Validation in UAT: Ensuring that Islamic CASA, TD, Financing, ISOBC and Islamic Pool Management Temenos Builds meets all defined functional, operational, and business requirements in Transact.
• Performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & documenting results and reporting defects during UAT Phase.
• Analysis of Change Requests for Islamic Retail & Financing Products and Pool Management received from MISYS Team for impact on Temenos.
• In-depth knowledge and experience of Islamic PDS and its implementation & execution.
• Collaborating with the Islamic Retail & Financing Business and Operations Team on data cleansing activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity during Data Migration for Islamic CASA.
• Strong coordination with SL Team in communicating the required Islamic Products and Pool Management Change(s) on Core as & when required.

• People Management

  - Work as effective lead/team member to ensure to deliver business goals on time in a seamless manner.

  - Support the Business Analysts and developers in the development and execution of IT projects delivery methodologies

  - Guide, coach and mentor the team to ensure effective IT solutions are provided to all stakeholders

• Stakeholder Management
• To serve as a Business Relationship Manager in order to maintain business and technology alignment and be able to forecast future Technology needs for value addition in line with IT strategy

Minimum qualifications:

• Graduate

• Certification in Islamic Banking

Minimum experience:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• At least 5-8 years of dedicated experience in Product Development and Pool Management.
• Proven experience working in Islamic Banking or with Shariah-compliant products is mandatory.
• Business Requirements & Analysis in Product Development and Pool Management and conducting UATs.
• Technology services and delivery preferably with some exposure to the financial services sector
