About the Role:
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for a select number of platinum clients to ensure all depositary activities are carried out effectively and efficiently by a team of experienced depositary staff.
Job Duties in Brief:
- Establish and maintain appropriate control environment to ensure Citco fulfils its depositary obligations
- Create and implement depositary procedures, review programs and checklists
- Maintain the departmental procedures manual in a standardised format
- Oversight of all Depositary related work for clients and teams
- Keep up-to-date with related business, technical and regulatory developments
- Work with clients to resolve queries and escalate any issues
- Schedule and attend periodic client service meetings with CFS
- Provide departmental reporting to senior management
- Assist with training, development and motivation of the team to ensure a positive working environment
About You:
- A minimum of 10 years depositary services experience within the funds industry;
- Knowledge of hedge funds and related prime broker arrangements;
- A third level business/finance qualification;
- Team Management Experience is a must;
