We develop power and precision measurement electronics for our test systems, from concept to final product. Comprehensive product development requires expertise in a wide range of disciplines. To enhance our design team, we are seeking Analog & Power Electronics Design expertise for defining and building the next generation analog ASIC.
As an Analog ASIC Design Engineer, you will help to create the key technologies that enable the next generation of semiconductor testing.
You will work on complex analog and mixed signal ASICs used in Advantest’s industry leading testers, taking analog modules and subsystems from first concept all the way to silicon in the final system.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with system architects, software engineers, product marketing, and other engineering disciplines. You will translate requirements into robust designs, solve challenging technical problems and deliver high quality results on schedule and on scale.

  • Development of analog and mixed signal ASIC for high precision voltage and current source ATE measurement applications
  • Collaboration on definition of next DPS ASIC concept and specification to achieve highest accuracy and best usability on HLAs.
  • Simulate and optimize analog design parts and concepts
  • Perform prototype bring-up in the lab and conduct detailed characterization measurements
  • Develop and apply basic SW skills to operate ASICs on evaluation test setup to conduct automated measurements
