Senior Designer - Project Architect

Work independently and in a design team environment.

Good knowledge of Singapore codes and regulations.

Strong in contracts with technical and site experience.

Assist in architectural design from concept design through schematic design, design development and construction documentation.

Assist in client liaison, authority consultation, coordination with consultants and contractors, and attending design and construction meetings.

Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture, Building/Construction or equivalent.

Experience in design management, tender documentation and contract administration for public sector or large projects

Experience in Architecture detail, Design development and Construction documents

Well versed in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, 3DS Max / Vray, Photoshop and other design software

Able to communicate effectively in written, oral and graphic form.

Creative with good design sense, problem solving abilities and attention to detail

Able to multi-task and with good time management skills

Minimum 6~8 years working experience
