What You'll Do

• Collaborate with team members on the design and development of high-performance web and mobile applications.
• Architect scalable, high-quality software solutions and ensure best practices across the codebase.
• Drive architectural discussions, make critical technical decisions, and champion continuous improvement.
• Spearhead our cloud-native transformation, modernizing complex systems and optimizing CI/CD processes.
• Own end-to-end AWS deployment pipelines, from infrastructure provisioning to production release and monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.

Our Tech Stack (Expertise in some, excitement for all!)

We work with a broad range of technologies. While we don't expect you to be a master of every single one, we are looking for deep expertise in modern JavaScript environments and cloud architecture.

Frontend:

• JavaScript / TypeScript (Expert level)
• AngularJS (Not Used, nice to have is understanding)
• React Native / Expo / Ionic / Cordova
• React Router & State Management & React Query
• TailwindCSS

Testing & Quality:

• Vitest / Jest
• Playwright / Cypress

Backend & Cloud:

• Node.js / Express.js
• Advanced AWS (DynamoDB, SQS, Lambda, CloudWatch, API Gateway, CDK, Elastic Beanstalk)
• AWS Deployment & Infrastructure (CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CloudFormation, ECS/Fargate, S3, IAM)
• Infrastructure-as-Code and automated deployment pipelines for cloud-native applications

CI/CD & Tools:

• Jenkins
• BitBucket
• Jira, Confluence
• Advanced Shell Scripting & Automation

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in professional software development.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable frontend and backend solutions.
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript and at least one major frontend framework.
• Strong experience with AWS services, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code (CDK/Terraform).
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing production workloads on AWS (CI/CD, containerization, monitoring).
• A leadership mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability ton.
• A team player who enjoys high-level collaboration and contributing to a positive, high-performing culture.
