RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in full-stack software development using .NET and .NET Core technologies. Demonstrate the ability to lead a small team using agile software development life cycle (SDLC) techniques across implementation, quality assurance, CI/CD, and maintenance

· Responsible for design, development, enforcing coding best practices, code inspection, and code reviews

· Providing solutions to technical roadblocks and challenges and exploring new technologies

· Provide constructive feedback to developers on coding style and implementation

· Effectively communicate risks and status to the management

· Lead software design sessions with the development team members

· The ideal candidate is a solid individual contributor, a positive team player, and willing to get things done

· Strong computer science fundamentals are crucial to success in this role

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study

· 2 to 5 years of full-stack development experience, at least the last two years using .Net core and ReactJS technologies

· Strong fundamentals of programming using C# with a clear understanding of object-oriented analysis and design

· Expert in full-stack development using.NET Core/ASP.NET Core, and C#, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, ES6, and React JS technologies

· Must be familiar with the separation of concerns, MVC, dependency injection, services layer, Unit of Work, and Repository pattern.

· Strong familiarity with dependency injection and experience designing RESTful services and API design

· Must be familiar with test-driven development and experience in writing testable, extensible, and maintainable code

· Must have experience writing unit test code using MSTest or similar frameworks

· In-depth understanding of SQL, optimize SQL Queries, and Stored procedures using MS SQL Server or Oracle or any other RDBMS

· Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms, use them effectively to solve problems
