The Job

We are looking for aSenior DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our Development Department.

In this role, you will help us further standardize,automateand modernize our Azure DevOps and Azure infrastructure landscape, both from a technical and process point of view. You will work closely with Infrastructure, Development, Operations and Product teams to improve deployment processes, strengthen Infrastructure as Code practices, increase reusability, and support secure and scalable cloud platform operations.

This is a hands‑on senior engineering role for someone who can not onlymaintainexisting solutions, but also challenge current ways of working, propose improvements, and help drive technical standardization across teams.You can explain technical concepts clearly, document your work properly, and ask the right critical questions when needed.

You should be confident in taking ownership of technical topics, while also understanding the importance of alignment, reusability,securityand maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Support,maintainand improve our Azure DevOps environment, with a strong focus That ion automation, scalability,standardizationand security.


• Design, implement and maintain reusable CI/CD pipelines using YAML, ensuring consistency and efficiency across projects.


• Improve pipeline consistency across projects, including multi-repository pipeline patterns and reusable pipeline components.


• Apply Infrastructure as Code practices using Bicep, with a strong focus on module reusability,maintainabilityand standardization.


• Contribute to the modernization of deployment processes across multiple products and teams.


• Contribute tothe adoption of Managed Identity across Azure resources and deployment workflows.


• Work on Azure networking topics such asVNets, VPN Gateway, PrivateLinkand Private DNS zones.


• Deploy,configureand manage Azure cloud infrastructure, including services such as App Service, Key Vault, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Storage Accounts and Service Bus.


• Develop andmaintain PowerShell scripts to automate operational tasks, deploymentworkflowsand recurring infrastructure activities.


• Support secure access management and identity-related improvements across Azure and Azure DevOps.


• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot Azure DevOps, CI/CD,infrastructureand deployment-related issues.


• Contribute to technical documentation, bestpracticesand infrastructure standards.


• Stay up to date with Azure and Azure DevOps bestpractices, continuously driving innovation and improvement within the infrastructure team.

Qualifications

• Senior-level hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps and Azure cloud services.


• Strong experience with YAML pipelines, CI/CDautomationand Azure DevOps platform usage.


• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Codeusing Bicep, designing reusableIaCmodules and promoting standardization across teams.


• Good knowledge of Azure networking concepts, includingVNets, VPN Gateway, DNS, PrivateLinkand related connectivity patterns.


• Good understanding of Managed Identity and identity-based access patterns in Azure.


• Hands‑on experience with Azure services such as App Service, Key Vault, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, StorageAccountsand Service Bus.


• Strong PowerShell scripting skills.


• Good understanding of security, access management and least privilege principles.


• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work across infrastructure,developmentand operations topics.


• Strong communicationskills and professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.


• A structured,preciseand documentation-minded way of working.

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization and AKS.


• Microsoft Azure and/or Azure DevOps certifications, such as AZ-400, AZ-305 or similar.
