Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure)

Project Overview:

• Client is a leading multi-brand technology solutions provider to business, government, education and healthcare customers in the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada. A Fortune 500 company and member of the S&P 500 Index, Client was founded in 1984 and employs approximately 10,000 coworkers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Hands-on DevOps experience with Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes (AKS), including deployment, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of applications and services;
• 5+ years of commercial software development experience;
• Strong experience with .NET 8;
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET ecosystem;
• Experience with MS SQL Server and MongoDB;
• Experience designing and developing Microservice Architecture;
• Strong understanding of OOP/OOA and software architecture design patterns;
• Good understanding of Agile SDLC and XP practices;
• Experience with CI/CD tools, preferably Azure DevOps, TFS, and/or GitHub Actions;
• Experience with Azure cloud services;
• Experience with Helm and Terraform;
• Understanding of containerization, preferably Docker;
• 5+ year experience in Cloud Azure preferred;
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher, with strong communication skills;
• Shifted working hours till 1pm CST;

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce;
• Experience with Azure Data Factory;
• Experience with Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus;
• Experience with Kubernetes;
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise projects;
• Azure foundary experience (Preffered).

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Product Manager and other teams to design, implement, test, and continuously improve a scalable and extendable platform;
• Take accountability and responsibility for the full life cycle of product features (from design, sizing, implementation, testing, delivery to monitoring and deprecation when needed).
