Summary
Senior DevOps/Delivery role focused on building an open-source ecosystem on Google Cloud Platform. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage secure software delivery using DevSecOps practices, and handle infrastructure as code with Terraform across a polyglot environment (Java, Python, Node.js, or Go).

What will you do?
Join a strategic transformation initiative focused on building a high-performance open-source ecosystem on Google Cloud Platform. As a Senior Technical Delivery Manager, you will lead end-to-end delivery across a complex polyglot environment, ensuring secure software delivery, operational excellence, scalable cloud infrastructure, and effective collaboration between engineering and business stakeholders.

- 10+ years of experience in software engineering Hands-on experience with at least two of the following technologies: Java, Python, Node.js, Go
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services including GKE, Cloud Run, Identity-Aware Proxy, and Cloud SQL
- Experience with PostgreSQL databases
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and secure software delivery
- Experience with container security and compliance automation
- Experience managing secrets and security controls
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to analyze and improve engineering performance using DORA metrics
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and Terraform
- Ability to support production environments and incident response
Nice to have
- Experience working in large-scale cloud transformation programs
- Knowledge of open-source platform modernization initiatives
- Experience in Site Reliability Engineering environments
- Exposure to React applications and frontend delivery
- Experience replacing proprietary platforms with open-source solutions
