Senior DevOps Engineer | Infrastructure Specialist| OpenShift | Red Hat | Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, CI/CD, and GitOps to join our technology team in Makati City.

In this role, you will design, configure, and support enterprise container platforms while building automated deployment solutions for Kubernetes-based microservices. You will work closely with development and engineering teams to improve application delivery, platform reliability, and deployment automation.

What You'll Do

• Set up, configure, maintain, and support enterprise Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift platforms.
• Develop and maintain deployment scripts and automation for Kubernetes-based microservices.
• Design and implement end-to-end Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) solutions within containerized environments.
• Architect and implement GitOps-based deployment pipelines using Argo CD.
• Create and manage Kubernetes manifests using Helm Charts and Kustomize.
• Support application deployments, configuration management, upgrades, and platform improvements across Kubernetes and OpenShift environments.
• Troubleshoot complex platform and application issues, performing root cause analysis and debugging across containerized environments.
• Collaborate with application developers, DevOps teams, and infrastructure engineers to deliver stable and scalable deployment solutions.
• Implement automation and engineering best practices to improve platform reliability and deployment efficiency.
• Work with Git-based workflows for version control, configuration management, and automated deployments.

What We're Looking For

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of containers and container orchestration fundamentals.
• Proven hands-on experience in setting up and configuring Kubernetes platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift.
• Experience deploying and managing microservices on Kubernetes.
• Practical experience implementing end-to-end CI/CD pipelines in Kubernetes environments.
• Strong knowledge of Helm Charts and Kustomize for Kubernetes manifest and configuration management.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing GitOps deployment pipelines using Argo CD.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including problem determination, root cause analysis, and debugging in Kubernetes and OpenShift environments.
• Good hands-on experience with Git and modern version-control workflows.
