Our client is a distributor of movies, music, and music videos. The company signs agreements to distribute media content to various platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, Pandora, and others. These platforms have specific technical requirements, and meeting these needs involves significant IT efforts. Currently, about a quarter of the company's employees are technical experts who determine needs and improve IT systems to keep up with the evolving media industry.

Responsibilities
- Analyze current infrastructure, services, applications, technologies, and tools.
- Set up and maintain server infrastructure.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Participate in platform integration projects to deliver advanced distribution products.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers.
- Work with new technologies in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in system administration and configuration.
- Familiarity with Windows systems and experience in Windows server administration (2019+), including Active Directory (with MFA), PowerShell, IIS, Group Policy.
- Experience with systems management tools like KACE or equivalents.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Deployment Toolkit.
- Experience with Terraform, AWS, and related services like Fargate, ECR, Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS.
- Automation experience with Chef.
- Understanding of server and container security best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient spoken English.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the digital media industry.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of Java, AWS, Clean Code, and SOLID principles is a plus.
