Our client is looking for a seasoned Senior Dev Ops Engineer to enhance their IT operations in Vereeniging. This hybrid role offers a blend of on-site collaboration and remote flexibility. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, testing, and deployment processes. Implement infrastructure as code (Ia C) using tools like Terraform or Ansible. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of applications and services. Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize workflows and improve deployment efficiency. Implement and manage security best practices across the infrastructure and development pipelines. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in Dev Ops, SRE, or system administration roles. Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, Power Shell) and experience with automation tools. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or Circle CI.
