The engineer will drive an Azure infrastructure modernisation project, improving scalability, reliability, and CI/CD automation for payment-critical, production platforms while shaping technical direction.

About the Role
We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to build infrastructure that supports continued global growth.
This is a predominantly hands-on role that also requires strategic thinking and the ability to influence technical direction. One of the first pieces of work will be an Infrastructure modernisation project. You'll review the existing upgrade roadmap, challenge assumptions and drive improvements to scalability, reliability and automation.

Skills & Experience
- Strong DevOps engineering experience within Azure environments
- Proven delivery of large-scale infrastructure upgrades or modernisation projects
- Expertise in CI/CD automation
- Experience building scalable, highly available, production-critical platforms
- Experience supporting transaction-heavy or payment-critical systems
- Ability to provide technical direction while remaining deeply hands-on
- Startup or scale-up experience highly desirable
- Own a business-critical infrastructure transformation
- Shape technical decisions and influence engineering direction
