Responsibilities

  • Design and implement innovative solutions for the technical infrastructure to meet organizational needs.
  • Maintain operational system management to ensure service continuity and optimal performance.
  • Coordinate activities to ensure the successful execution and evolution of infrastructure projects.
  • Define and implement documentation and procedures for infrastructure management and maintenance.
  • Lead projects, advise on best practices, and mentor junior engineers within the team.
  • Diagnose complex system problems and implement high-availability solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer specializing in Windows environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, DFS, and SCCM.
  • Expertise in storage, networking, and cybersecurity protocols.
  • Proven experience in auditing and hardening Windows-based systems.
  • Strong proficiency in virtualization with VMware and knowledge of backup and restore technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with (Power)Shell scripting, Git, and GitLab.
  • Competency in monitoring and log analysis using the ELK Stack.
  • Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and ITILv4 Foundation.
  • You possess strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • You are fluent in Dutch or French with basic knowledge of the other language and English.

Nice to Haves

  • Microsoft Windows certifications.
  • Experience with container technologies like Docker or Podman.
  • Willingness to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
