Senior DevOps Engineer
Summary
Senior DevOps engineer (with a path to DevOps Lead) at boutique consultancy Zetico, whose main project is an AI-driven cybersecurity startup. Day to day: owning cloud-native AWS infrastructure — Kubernetes, Terraform/Pulumi IaC, ArgoCD, observability — plus client-facing consulting and pragmatic solution design.
We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer (with potential to grow into a DevOps Lead) to join our core team.
Our current main project is a well-funded cybersecurity startup building an AI-driven platform that helps enterprises identify, investigate, and remediate identity and access risks. The project involves a modern cloud-native stack and interesting challenges around infrastructure scalability, Kubernetes, security, observability, and reliability.
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership, quickly understand unfamiliar systems, and solve complex infrastructure and DevOps problems without needing step-by-step direction.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience across a range of DevOps tools and cloud technologies and is comfortable working across different stacks. Beyond engineering, you should be comfortable speaking directly with customers, understanding their technical and business needs, recommending pragmatic solutions, and clearly explaining the reasoning and trade-offs behind them.
