Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for a wide range of Dev Ops roles, including Dev Ops Engineers, SREs, Cloud Engineers, and CI/CD Specialists. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive and active Dev Ops talent, utilizing various online platforms and networks. Conduct thorough technical interviews to assess candidate skills in areas such as automation, scripting, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Lab CI, etc.). Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and transparent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific Dev Ops needs, team culture, and technical requirements. Manage the full recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding support. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the Dev Ops landscape and recruitment market. Maintain accurate and detailed candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS. Contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices for recruiting specialized tech roles. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and placing Dev Ops professionals. In-depth knowledge of Dev Ops principles, tools, and methodologies. Proven experience in recruiting for roles requiring expertise in cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD. Excellent understanding of the talent market for Dev Ops professionals in **South Africa**. Strong ability to assess technical skills and cultural fit. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fully remote setting. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
