Senior DevSecOps Engineer
Summary
Build and secure cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes while automating CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Git.
- At least 5 years’ experience in object-oriented and agile software development;
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in similar DevOps and Cloud engineering role;
- Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering / Computer Science or a relevant discipline;
- Experience in writing Design Documentation.
- Good Knowledge of scripting and programming language (Java, Javascript, Perl, Bash, Python, Power shell, etc.),
- Extensive Knowledge of configuration management tools and languages (Terraform, Ansible, GIT, etc.),
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and architecture,
- Basic database knowledge and best practices,
- Security awareness,
- Windows, GNU/Linux, networking knowledge,
- Containerization and orchestration knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.),
- Cloud knowledge (Private and Public),
- Knowledge on DevSecOps process and different tools (Jira, Testlink, GIT, etc.),
- CI/CD tools and platforms knowledge (Jenkins, CI/CD as a service, etc.),
- Ideally candidate should be familiar with open-source technologies like Kubernetes, kafka, Drools, Elasticstack etc
- Experience in Linux and Windows environment and scripting is compulsory
- Hands-on different development, automation, build and test environments (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, etc.),
- Strong understanding of software lifecycle (agile, waterfall, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
