We are seeking an experienced Nurse leader with a passion for clinical quality, population health, and team development. As the Senior Director of Clinical Quality, ACO, you will lead a team of Nurse Directors, shape enterprise-wide clinical strategies, and drive measurable improvements across a portfolio of accountable care partners. Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted RN license required.
- BSN required; MSN or other advanced nursing degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive nursing experience, including experience in post-acute, population health, care coordination, or value-based care settings.
- Prior nursing leadership experience with direct people management required.
- Experience leading clinical quality, population health, or value-based care initiatives across multiple sites or partnerships preferred.
- ACO experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in quality improvement, care coordination, and population health programs.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Scheduling
- Full-time leadership position. Monday through Friday business hours.
- Flexible work environment with collaboration across multiple markets and partner organizations.
- Periodic travel may be required to support partner engagement and business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Nurse Directors, driving performance, retention, professional growth, and outcomes.
- Oversee clinical strategy, quality performance, and value-based care initiatives across a portfolio of accountable care partnerships.
- Establish clinical priorities, quality standards, and performance expectations to improve outcomes and total cost of care.
- Drive quality measure performance, care gap closure, care coordination, and utilization management initiatives.
- Design and scale onboarding, competency development, clinical workflows, and care management processes.
- Leverage clinical and operational data to identify opportunities, monitor results, and inform strategic decisions.
- Present performance outcomes, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership and governance committees.
- Build strong partnerships with physicians, healthcare organizations, and internal stakeholders to advance ACO objectives.
- Collaborate with executive and cross-functional leaders to develop and execute clinical quality and network performance strategies.
- Influence clinical and operational leaders to adopt evidence-based practices and achieve value-based care goals.

- Competitive executive-level compensation ranging from $130,000 - $150,000.
