Senior Director of Human Resources

Fortis Health is seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources to lead HR strategy and operations across our home health and hospice organizations in Indiana and Utah.

Job Summary

The Senior Director of Human Resources will partner with executive, operational, and clinical leadership to develop and implement scalable HR strategies that support employee engagement, compliance, talent, growth, and operational excellence.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise HR strategy across Indiana and Utah.
• Serve as a strategic HR partner to executive and operational leadership.
• Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, and retention.
• Lead HR compliance, investigations, audits, and risk management.
• Develop compensation, benefits, and incentive strategies in partnership with Finance.
• Oversee HR systems, including Paycom, and support HR technology improvements.
• Lead leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitor recruiting, retention, and other HR metrics to support data-driven decisions.
• Lead and develop HR and recruiting team members.
• Manage HR vendors, budgets, and key HR initiatives.
