Trade BA / Integration Analyst (Trade360) Trade Business Analyst ( 5- 12 years experience) Job Summary Domain expert in Trade Finance responsible for translating business requirements into functional solutions within Trade360. Key Responsibilities • Conduct business requirement workshops with Trade Operations, Relationship Managers, and Compliance teams • Analyse and document end-to-end trade lifecycle: o Import/Export Letters of Credit o Bank Guarantees o Bills & Collections o Supply Chain Finance • Build business process flows (As-Is / To-Be) • Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), BRDs, and Use Cases • Collaborate with technology teams for system configuration and enhancements • Support SIT, UAT, and production validation • Ensure SWIFT compliance and regulatory alignment (UCP, ISP, URDG rules) Core skills: • Strong stakeholder management • Banking domain knowledge • SDLC / Agile delivery experience Deliverables • BRD/FRD documents • Process maps and workflows • UAT scenarios and defect logs
