Experience: 5-15 Years
Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Execute ground-mounted solar EPC projects from site mobilization to commissioning.
- Manage and monitor civil and electrical construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and budget targets.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, clients, and internal teams.
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Track project progress and resolve site-related technical and operational issues.
Requirements
- Experience in utility-scale ground-mounted solar project execution.
- Strong understanding of civil and electrical construction practices.
- Knowledge of project planning, quality control, safety compliance, and site management.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
