Senior Engineer – Microsoft Entra ID / IAM

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior IAM Engineer to support identity solutions, application migrations, and Microsoft Entra ID initiatives.

The successful candidate will work on IAM design, application SSO migrations, testing, documentation, and customer-facing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce clear design documents and architecture diagrams for identity and access management solutions.
• Plan and deliver application SSO migrations from legacy identity systems to Microsoft Entra ID.
• Participate in customer-facing sessions and translate requirements into practical IAM designs.
• Test core sign-in flows and access controls.
• Provide input on identity integration patterns.
• Maintain operational and technical documentation.
• Contribute to IAM standards aligned with Zero Trust principles.
• Support knowledge transfer and collaboration with relevant IT teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience designing and documenting IAM solutions.
• Proven experience producing and maintaining architecture diagrams and design documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and application SSO migrations.
• Ability to plan and deliver migrations from legacy IAM systems to Entra ID.
• Strong testing skills covering sign-in flows and access checks.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD and Git practices for IAM artifacts.
• Knowledge of Windows PowerShell.
• Experience maintaining operational documentation and supporting knowledge transfer.
• Understanding of Zero Trust principles and IAM standards.
• Knowledge of legacy IAM concepts.
• Experience working within ITIL/ITSM frameworks.
• General Azure Cloud experience.
• Additional languages are a plus.
