ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect to join one of our client teams onsite in Luxembourg within the financial services sector.

In this strategic role, you will help define and drive enterprise architecture across large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions. You will work closely with senior business and IT stakeholders, providing architectural guidance, supporting governance activities, and contributing to complex integration and transformation programs.

THE WORK:

  • Define and maintain enterprise architecture strategies, target architectures, and technology roadmaps.
  • Ensure alignment between business, application, data, integration, and technology architectures.
  • Contribute to architecture principles, standards, governance frameworks, and architectural best practices.
  • Perform impact assessments and support architecture alignment across strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Prepare and present architecture recommendations to governance boards and senior management.
  • Translate complex technical topics into clear business recommendations, highlighting options, trade-offs, and implementation strategies.
  • Support large-scale transformation, system integration, and post-merger integration initiatives.
  • Define target operating models, application rationalization strategies, and integration approaches.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders, architects, delivery teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Contribute to architecture knowledge sharing and support the evolution of the enterprise architecture practice.

Onsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen collaboration.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, preferably within financial services or other complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise in business, application, integration, and technology architecture.
  • Experience defining enterprise architecture strategies, governance frameworks, and architecture standards.
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale digital transformation, system integration, platform modernization, or post-merger integration initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of target operating model design, application rationalization, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience preparing architecture recommendations for governance boards and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both business and technical audiences.
  • TOGAF certification or equivalent enterprise architecture framework experience.
  • Familiarity with ArchiMate, BizzDesign, or similar enterprise architecture tools is an asset.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Spanish is considered a strong asset.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience within post-trade, custody, settlement, asset servicing, fund services, or capital markets environments.
  • Experience supporting M&A, post-merger integration, or large-scale organizational transformation programs.
  • Experience presenting architecture strategies to executive leadership and governance committees.
  • Experience mentoring architects and contributing to the evolution of Enterprise Architecture practices.
