We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Consultant to join our team and lead the architecture, modernization, and deployment of large-scale Microsoft infrastructure environments. In this role, you will design, implement, migrate, and optimize enterprise identity and messaging platforms, ensuring secure, resilient, and highly available solutions with minimal business disruption. Working closely with customers, project teams, Microsoft, and third-party vendors, you will drive infrastructure transformation initiatives and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives and Microsoft best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Active Directory and Exchange modernization initiatives, including the upgrade and migration of legacy Microsoft platforms in complex enterprise environments
- Design, implement, and migrate hybrid Microsoft infrastructure solutions, including Microsoft 365, identity, messaging, and multi-datacenter platforms
- Architect and optimize high-availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
- Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise on Microsoft identity, messaging, authentication, and security technologies
- Collaborate with customers, project teams, Microsoft, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery
- Drive security hardening, performance optimization, governance, and risk management activities across enterprise environments
- Develop PowerShell automation, support migration and operational activities, and maintain architecture, migration, and operational documentation
