Discussion

The Senior Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager will lead the development and implementation of Integron’s safety and environmental programs within our growing manufacturing operation. This role will establish manufacturing-focused EHS processes, ensure regulatory compliance, reduce workplace risk, and build programs that support continued organizational growth.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on manufacturing EHS experience, strong environmental knowledge, and demonstrated success developing programs and processes—not simply maintaining existing ones.

At PPC Partners, we believe in the Power to Serve and the Pursuit of Excellence. Our values—A Servant’s Heart, Wisdom, Integrity, Courage, Humility, and Passion—guide how we work and serve others.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing-focused safety and environmental programs.
  • Establish safe work practices for production activities, including forklifts, lifts, rigging, material handling, equipment, and facility operations.
  • Conduct workplace assessments, identify hazards, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable OSHA, federal, state, local, and company EHS requirements.
  • Develop and manage environmental programs related to waste and recycling, hazardous materials, air quality, water/waste, material reduction, packaging, and reuse.
  • Establish EHS metrics, KPIs, reporting processes, and continuous improvement goals.
  • Develop and deliver safety training for employees, supervisors, and leadership.
  • Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Partner with Operations, leadership, PPC Safety, and Operational Excellence teams to integrate EHS programs with existing company standards.
  • Maintain required EHS documentation, reporting, and compliance records.
  • Support the continued growth of Integron’s EHS function, including future locations and potential team development.

The role is intended to become a foundational EHS leadership position as Integron continues to grow.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in Environmental, Health and Safety within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing EHS programs from the ground up.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and manufacturing safety requirements.
  • Experience with environmental compliance, including waste, recycling, hazardous materials, air and water requirements.
  • Strong hazard recognition, risk assessment, incident investigation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Relevant OSHA training or EHS certifications preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Integron is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
