Senior ERP Business Transformation Consultant

🎯 Strategic Context & Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Business Transformation Consultant to play a pivotal role in guiding our enterprise platform implementation (SAP/ERP). Positioned at the intersection of executive business leadership and program delivery, you will be responsible for evaluating end-to-end (E2E) operational workflows, identifying cross-functional process interdependencies, and assessing their overall impact on the ERP transformation roadmap.

This is a high-visibility, consultative role—not an entry-level functional analyst position. You will engage directly with senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Operations to map complex business processes, resolve organizational friction points, and maintain program-level governance and reporting.

⚙️ Candidate Profile & Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Background & Experience: 7+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, management consulting, or leading large-scale ERP implementations (with a strong preference for SAP / S/4HANA).
• E2E Process Domain Expertise: Deep functional understanding of core enterprise value streams:
  • P2P: Strategic sourcing, purchasing, accounts payable, and vendor management.
  • O2C: Order management, fulfillment, billing, credit, and receivables.
  • Supply Chain: Demand planning, warehousing, inventory, and logistics execution.
• Consulting & Stakeholder Mastery: Proven ability to influence and manage expectations with Director and C-suite level stakeholders.
• PMO & Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in structured problem-solving, process mapping, risk management, and executive-level reporting.

• Practical experience or interest in leveraging modern automation tools or AI agents to streamline process analysis, documentation, and reporting workflows.
