Develop, implement, and maintain AI-powered solutions based on business requirements.

Design and optimize AI workflows, models, and intelligent automation solutions.

Support development of conversational AI, AI Assistants, recommendation engines, and predictive solutions.

Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and tools.

Develop and enhance Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLM).

Design and optimize prompts, AI workflows, and retrieval mechanisms.

Support integration of AI models into enterprise and mobile applications.

Monitor AI response quality, performance, and reliability.

AI Integration & Automation

Collaborate with application and mobile development teams to integrate AI capabilities into systems.

Develop APIs, services, and supporting components required for AI implementation.

Support intelligent process automation initiatives.

Ensure AI solutions align with business and operational requirements.

Prepare, process, and validate datasets for AI-related activities.

Support model training, evaluation, testing, and performance monitoring.

Monitor AI model accuracy and recommend improvements.

Assist in improving data quality for AI and analytics initiatives.

Conduct research on emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Evaluate new AI capabilities and recommend adoption where appropriate.

Develop proof-of-concepts (POC) and pilot implementations for AI initiatives.

Participate in innovation and digital transformation activities.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Perform testing and validation of AI solutions prior to deployment.

Troubleshoot AI-related issues and performance concerns.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation activities.

Ensure AI solutions meet business and technical requirements.

Documentation

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, AI models, configurations, prompts, workflows, and development records.

Ensure AI-related documentation is properly maintained and updated.

General Responsibilities

Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver AI solutions.

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, and organizational policies.

Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
