What You'll Do
As part of the HR Technology team, you will:
Support and administer HR Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
Manage system access, user administration, troubleshooting and system enhancements.
Partner stakeholders to identify opportunities to automate and improve HR processes.
Contribute to the implementation of AI, automation and productivity solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Develop user guides, conduct training and promote digital and AI literacy among staff.
Support technology-driven initiatives aligned with SGH's strategic HR goals and workforce transformation agenda.
Work closely with HR professionals, IT teams and business stakeholders to deliver impactful digital solutions.
What We're Looking For
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related disciplines.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and digital workplace technologies.
Familiar with AI, automation and productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Platform or similar solutions.
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors will be an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable and able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
