As part of this mission, you will join the Education Technology & Analytics (ETA) team, playing an integral role in supporting the development and maintenance of AI-enabled applications, project management and operations, and providing business analysis to drive innovation in clinical education.

Responsibilities:

• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and implement application enhancements, bug fixes and new features using existing frameworks and technologies
• Plan and execute testing, validate new features and maintain up-to-date technical documentation prior to release
• Monitor application health, investigate and troubleshoot defects, escalate complex issues when required, and support routine maintenance and deployment activities
• Coordinate and follow up on project-related tasks and activities, ensuring timely completion and keeping stakeholders updated on progress
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities and new technologies to enhance work efficiency and reduce manual tasks
• Support day-to-day administrative and IT operations, ensuring smooth running with minimal disruption and requests attended to promptly

You will also be provided with opportunities to be involved in other intra- and inter-departmental projects to achieve the institution's vision, mission and strategic objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience/Skills & Knowledge

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Hands-on experience with Python programming and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Understanding of software development fundamentals, including testing, debugging and version control concepts
• Familiarity with databases and data management concepts

Advantageous but Not Required

• Exposure to web application development through internships, school projects or personal projects
• Exposure to AI or Generative AI technologies
• Good project management skills
