Senior Executive - Brand Marketing
The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive long-term and short-term marketing strategies for assigned brands to drive growth, market presence, and customer engagement. This role encompasses brand management, strategic budget allocation, business development initiatives, and team leadership to achieve organizational objectives and maximize brand impact. The executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, identify growth opportunities, optimize resource allocation, and build a high-performing marketing team that is aligned with the company’s overall vision and business goals.
Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy and Management
- Develop and manage the marketing services function to support assigned brands, ensuring all above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) materials align with brand objectives, meet quality standards, and stay within budget.
- Lead integrated communication strategies to enhance brand equity, increase brand preference, and drive brand growth.
- Oversee media planning and management for optimal resource utilization and consistent brand messaging.
Campaign and Relationship Management
- Design and implement campaigns for existing and new stores to drive traffic and engagement.
- Establish and maintain strong media relationships, ensuring effective collaboration with agencies across all markets.
- Coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities to reinforce brand positioning and drive results.
Budget and Profitability Management
- Formulate strategic marketing plans to drive top- and bottom-line profitability for assigned brands.
Identify and secure profitable business by developing new clients and managing negotiations effectively.
Business Development
- Devise and implement marketing strategies to achieve target volume, market share, and profitability.
- Increase brand visibility and growth through aggressive business development initiatives, strategic account relationships, and customized solutions.
Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop alliances to expand into new regions and open new business lines.
Marketing Operations and Analysis
- Conduct competitor analysis, monitor market trends, and identify new client prospects.
- Oversee retail operations including product selection, client servicing, and customer experience.
- Use customer insights from loyalty programs to identify customer segments and tailor marketing initiatives.
Track market trends, analyze competitors, and gather consumer insights to boost brand penetration and loyalty.
Media Planning and Creative Alignment
- Lead media planning, working with media houses, creative teams, and researchers to design cost-effective, high-impact media plans.
- Collaborate with creative teams and visual merchandisers to finalize campaign designs that align with brand standards.
Ensure campaigns are tailored to regional needs and comply with local cultural standards, particularly in the GCC market.
ROI Analysis and Post-Campaign Reporting
- Set and monitor ROI expectations, ensuring each campaign meets performance goals.
- Conduct post-mortem analyses for events and campaigns, providing ROI calculations to evaluate success and effectiveness.
Work closely with regional marketing heads, providing brand updates, artworks, and media plans, and understanding regional requirements.
Customer Experience and Retention
- Drive customer-centric operations, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Use loyalty program data to enhance customer segmentation, refine marketing approaches, and build brand loyalty through tailored initiatives.
Copywriting and Translation
- Develop compelling marketing copy for digital, print, social media, in-store, and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Review, edit, and coordinate the translation and localization of marketing content (English and Arabic or other regional languages as required) to ensure accuracy, cultural relevance, and consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Qualification:
- The ideal Marketing – Senior Executive should have 5+ years of experience in marketing or related roles, with a focus on strategy development and campaign management.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, market research, and brand management.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
- Experience in content localization and translation coordination
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, creative thinking, and leadership skills.
- Understanding of marketing trends, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.
