Senior Executive Design

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Executive Design to join our team in Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in packaging design, particularly in corrugated and flexible packaging, and will be responsible for creating innovative artwork designs for products and their packaging. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and quality assurance to ensure that all designs meet customer needs and expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Create new artwork designs for product and product packaging, ensuring alignment with brand standards and customer requirements. - Update packaging artworks based on customer feedback and requests, maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy. - Prepare technical drawings for products and machinery, ensuring all specifications are met. - Regularly update product drawings, catalogues, and brochures in response to feedback from sales and marketing teams. - Maintain detailed documentation of packaging specifications, project progress, and performance data to ensure transparency and accountability. - Monitor and manage the packaging or product development process, sharing designs and drawings until final approvals are obtained. - Develop and implement innovative packaging designs that enhance product appeal and functionality. - Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that all design projects are completed on time and meet the required standards. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of corrugated and flexible packaging design. - Proficiency in creating brochures and catalogues that effectively communicate product features and benefits. - Excellent understanding of color theory, including Pantone, CMYK, and RGB color models. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
