Senior Executive
Key Responsibilities (Internal Candidate Version)
- Manage end‑to‑end domestic and international ticketing using GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).
- Handle fare checks, reissues, refunds, cancellations, exchanges, and schedule change support with high accuracy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor coordination—airlines, hotel partners, and travel suppliers.
- Follow up with vendors for confirmations, waivers, fare quotes, and service issue resolutions.
- Support employees/travelers by providing clear guidance on travel policies, booking options, and itinerary changes.
- Ensure timely response and closure of travel requests while adhering to internal SLAs and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and vendor interactions for audit and reporting purposes.
- Identify workflow gaps and contribute to process improvements and service enhancements.
- Partner with internal teams (HR, Finance, Ops) to ensure smooth travel planning and exception handling.
- Demonstrate service excellence, ownership, and proactive problem‑solving in all interactions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience in ticketing and corporate travel operations.
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems and airline fare rules.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment with high accuracy.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in the travel or airline process.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
