<p>At Carsome Certified, B2C is our new business line launched in August 2020. We are dedicated to</p><p>providing a car-buying experience that is fully transparent, trusted and convenient for our customers.</p><p>As a Sales Growth (B2C), Senior Executive, you will need to be the main liaison and to sustain</p><p>harmonious working relationships between HQ and Carsome branches. You will be working closely</p><p>with the branch team, including Branch Managers, Assistant Branch Managers, Team Leaders,</p><p>Branch Operations Assistant Manager, Carsome Consultants/Experts, Branch Financial Admins and</p><p>Branch Operations. You will also be working closely with various departments within HQ to ensure</p><p>smooth operations of branches. Of course, our professional Carsome team will back up you with</p><p>excellent inventories, advanced website and system, various marketing activities, systematic</p><p>training, and any support you need.<br /><br /></p><p><b>Your Day to Day</b></p><p>● Perform the day-to-day reporting activities which include updating of daily sales, in-processing, and</p><p>cancellation</p><p>numbers.</p><p>● To assist in facilitation of weekly BM meetings.</p><p>● To liaise with bankers on issues and escalation faced by branches.</p><p>● To assist in performing ad-hoc analysis and compilation of feedback as required by the</p><p>management.</p><p>● To assist in communicating targets to the branches.</p><p>● Supports administrative activities from branches (Laptop, petty cash and credit card requests).</p><p>● Solve problems and work closely with branches to achieve set goals.</p><p>● To assist on all other general operational matters related to sales growth.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Your Know-How</b></p><p>● Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in any field.</p><p>● Minimum 1-3 years working experience in people management role or a customer-centric role.</p><p>● Experience in Sales Operations and Customer Service background is a plus point.</p><p>● Experience within the automotive industry is also an added advantage.</p><p>● Be good at establishing action plans and implementing it.</p><p>● Able to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven</p><p>environment.</p><p>● Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.</p>
