We are looking for a highly driven Senior Export Sales Manager with a strong background in international FMCG or food manufacturing export sales. The role will be responsible for expanding market presence, managing key distributor relationships, and developing growth strategies across assigned regions while ensuring profitability and brand visibility. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute export sales strategies for Europe, USA, GCC & Levant
- Manage distributor relationships and build new partnerships in target markets
- Achieve revenue, volume, and market share growth targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Work closely with internal teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and product registration requirements
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (business, marketing or similar preferred)
- Strong export sales experience in food manufacturing / FMCG
- Proven success managing distributors across international markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to travel when required
