We are looking for a senior, strategic, and influential woman with mastery in acquiring and strong analytical capacity, but who at the same time maintains a hunter spirit, taking the lead in active prospecting, generating new opportunities, and building high-impact relationships.

Here, you will be the force that moves the operation forward: someone who connects strategy with execution, transforms market reading into action, inspires the team by example, and paves the way where no one has gone before.

• Strategic prospecting and opening of large accounts in the region.
• Portfolio management, with a focus on expansion, retention, and performance.
• Complex negotiations, involving financial and competitive analyses.
• Market reading to anticipate opportunities and risks.
• Acting as a technical reference for the team, supporting the development of other levels.
• High autonomy in the field, with direct action on key clients.

Qualifications

• Reside in the Natal/RN region.
• Solid experience in acquiring, retail, and the financial market.
• Consistent track record in consultative sales.
• Analytical capacity and strategic vision.
• Excellent communication and influence.
• Responsible and inspiring attitude.
• Own vehicle and active CNH B driver's license.
