Senior Facilities Coordinator at Providence Portland Medical Center. This posting represents Full-Time, Day Schedule.

Lyra Caregiver Assistance program- Up to 25 counseling or coaching sessions per eligible member per year.

The Maintenance Planner works with the department manager and his/her designees to plan, schedule and allocate work in an equitable and timely manner. Develops and maintains processes for collecting data and reporting the status of testing and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with standards set by regulatory agencies. Assists the department manager and his/her designee in documenting quality of work and productivity of the assigned departments. Manages and maintains the work order database. Utilizes the computerized maintenance management program to schedule, assign and monitor work as directed by the manager or his/her designees.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Computer applications or Facility maintenance or 2 years of related work experience.
  • 2 years' experience operating and managing computerized maintenance management applications or similar programs; and developing and generating reports from database applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with facility maintenance processes in an acute care hospital.
  • Experience with Joint Commission Environment of Care Standards and Center for Medicare - Medicaid Services (CMS) Conditions of Participation.
