Note

Candidates must be active California Bar members in good standing, have 5+ years of California family law experience, and bring an established book of at least 10 family law cases, subject to client consent and applicable professional obligations.

Job Description

• Independently manage a diverse caseload involving divorce, child custody, support, and complex family law litigation.
• Lead sophisticated high-asset divorce cases involving business valuations, property division, and financial disputes.
• Represent clients in court hearings, negotiations, mediations, and settlement proceedings.
• Develop winning case strategies, draft persuasive legal documents, and guide clients through important decisions.
• Collaborate with forensic accountants, financial experts, and fellow attorneys on challenging cases.
• Build lasting client relationships while growing your practice in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience practicing family law in California.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Established portable book of at least 10 family law cases, subject to client consent and conflicts checks.
• Experience handling family law litigation, negotiations, and court appearances.
• Strong communication, case management, and client advocacy skills.
• High-asset divorce, complex property division, or mediation experience is a plus.
