About the role:
The Senior Sales Enablement Manager, APJ will play a critical role in equipping the sales team with the tools, training, content, and processes they need to drive revenue and meet business goals. This role focuses on aligning the sales and marketing efforts, improving efficiency, and optimizing the buyer’s journey in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Sales Training and Onboarding:
Develop and manage a comprehensive onboarding program for new sales hires.
Provide ongoing training to ensure the sales team stays updated on product offerings, industry trends, and best practices.
Content Development and Management:
Create, curate, and organize sales enablement content, including playbooks, case studies, presentations, and competitive battle cards.
Collaborate with marketing to ensure the content aligns with the sales strategy and resonates with the target audience.
Tool and Technology Management:
Implement and manage sales enablement tools such as CRM, analytics platforms, and learning management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Seismic or Highspot).
Ensure seamless integration of tools into sales workflows to increase productivity.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enablement initiatives through KPIs such as sales\productivity, win rates, and quota attainment.
Provide actionable insights to improve sales outcomes based on data-driven analyses.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with product launches and customer needs.
Act as a bridge between sales and other departments to ensure a consistent message throughout the buyer’s journey.
Sales Process Optimization:
Standardize sales processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Identify gaps and bottlenecks in the sales process and implement solutions to address them.
What You'll Bring:
Experience: 5+ years in sales enablement, training, or related roles, preferably in the SaaS industry.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong), analytics platforms,
and content management systems.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to create impactful content and
deliver effective training sessions.
Data-Driven Approach: Ability to use data and analytics to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work across teams and influence without authority.
Customer Focus: Deep understanding of the SaaS sales lifecycle and customer-centric strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in sales training methodologies (e.g., Sandler, Challenger, MEDDIC, MEDDPICC).
Experience managing global sales enablement programs.
Knowledge of modern SaaS selling techniques, such as product-led growth (PLG).
