Summary
Senior Finance Executive prepares budgets, forecasts, and management reports using Excel and PowerPoint, with optional SAP/ERP experience, to support business planning and decision-making in Singapore.

Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and annual P&L projections, budgets, and variance analyses to support decision-making
- Support organisation-wide budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes
- Develop and coordinate timely monthly and annual management reports
- Compile, analyse, and maintain historical financial and business data for reporting and planning
- Coordinate preparation of Board papers and presentation materials for management review
- Monitor strategic supply and pricing data to support operational effectiveness and cost optimisation
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, government agencies, and external partners on planning activities
- Execute ad hoc planning and coordination duties as assigned
- Drive continuous process improvement using AI tools and digital solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, management reporting, business planning, or related functions
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems is an added advantage
