Grand Hyatt DFW is seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Food & Beverage Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Grand Met Restaurant, the Grand Met Bar and Lounge, and In-Room Dining.

Located inside Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, Grand Hyatt DFW offers a dynamic hospitality environment serving business travelers, leisure guests, airline crews, groups, and international travelers. This role is responsible for driving service excellence, colleague development, guest satisfaction, and operational performance across the hotel’s primary food and beverage outlets.

The ideal candidate is a polished hospitality leader with strong restaurant management experience, a visible floor presence, and the ability to lead teams through fast-paced service periods while maintaining Hyatt standards of care, quality, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Grand Met Restaurant, the bar and lounge, and In-Room Dining.
• Maintain a strong floor presence during breakfast, lunch, dinner, peak bar service, and high-demand periods.
• Lead, coach, train, and support restaurant, lounge, bar, and in-room dining colleagues.
• Ensure service execution reflects Hyatt standards, luxury hospitality, and a seamless guest experience.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate service priorities, menu changes, VIP notes, guest preferences, and operational needs.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, service timing, product quality, cleanliness, and outlet presentation.
• Partner with culinary leadership to ensure strong menu knowledge, proper execution, and smooth communication of specials, dietary needs, and guest requests.
• Oversee in-room dining service standards, including order accuracy, delivery timing, presentation, and guest follow-up.
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance feedback, training, and colleague development.
• Assist with labor management, payroll review, inventory, ordering, cost control, and supply management.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and hotel policies.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, with thoughtful service recovery when needed.
• Partner with stewarding, culinary, front office, engineering, security, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Review guest feedback and operational trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support special events, VIP experiences, and hotel activations as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Food & Beverage leadership.
