Senior Forward Deployed Engineer / Architect
We currently have a career opportunity for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer / Architect to join our team located Lake Mary, FL
As a Senior Java /LLM / AI Developer you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment you will take direction from solution architects and Leads on development activities.

- Participate in technical planning & requirements gathering phases including Design, code, test, troubleshoot, and document engineering software applications.
- Ensuring that technical software development process is followed on the project, familiar with industry best practices for software development.
- Develop applications in languages including Java, and Python
- Provide production support as needed, including participation in a rotating weekend support schedule.
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level.
- 10+ years experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, Design Patterns, and SQL (Oracle preferred).
- Experience designing scalable, high-performance, and multi-tenant applications.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-native architectures.
- Hands-on experience with RAG, Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, MCP, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience building AI-powered solutions using LLMs, AI Agents, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and Intelligent Automation.
- Ability to drive product and solution architecture, translate business requirements into technical designs, and deliver production-ready solutions.
- Strong understanding of concurrency, thread pools, transaction management, caching, and performance optimization.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $ 64,974 to $149,880.
